About the Event
We will meditate together briefly, followed by a short talk, contemplation or group exercise on the theme for that meeting. Then we will open the floor for discussion and sharing. Our themes will include working with hope and fear, uncertainty, illness and disability, losses of all kinds, and the many other challenging states of the human experience. I’ll also offer specific practices suitable for these times.
